Worker2Worker Indiana is a confidential peer support service for all employees of the Indiana Department of Child Services (DCS) who are routinely exposed to highly stressful situations where the welfare of children is at stake. We are caring, qualified, former Department of Child Services staff members who are trained peer support specialists. We understand the stressors of your current experiences because we’ve been there, too. We operate completely independent of the IN DCS, so nothing you share with us will ever be shared with your employers or negatively impact your job in any way.
