The Resiliency Program Officer Helpline is a program of professional peer support specialists and retired cops who are trained liaisons for RPOs across the state. We provide 24/7 access to all of the tools, resources, and guidance you need to be an effective RPO and ensure that every NJ RPO officer has immediate, free, confidential, peer support available to them, whenever they need it.
